  • Property purchased under $250.000 cannot obtain approval for citizenship. Before you buy your property, it is compulsory to have an appraisal report that shows your property is worth more than $250.000 and to check your title deed will show the real amount you will pay. Before finalizing the purchase, we will send partner experts that authorized by Capital Markets Board for citizenship valuation to approve the agreed property valuation. Also, we will check if the amount you will pay will be indicated as the same on your title deed.
